Intel® Processors and Boards Compatibility Tool Make sure a compatible processor is installed.Video error (no add-in graphics card installed) On-off (1.0 second each) two times, then 2.5-second pause (off). This short beep occurs when the BIOS is ready to accept keyboard input. For Intel® Desktop Boards without the onboard speaker, you can hear the beeps through a speaker attached to the line out audio jack on the board. You can hear the beep codes through the onboard piezoelectric speaker. Maybe you could also open a github issue, as Mieze would likely know a lot more about it.If an error occurs during startup, you will:Ĭlick or topics for details: Audible beep codes ![]() Or you could try to change the order that your kexts load as it boots up, something like that. Perhaps compiling a custom version of the kext where you change the value 2 in the for loop to some higher number. Occasionally this is present in the BIOS menus, but more likely it's one of the hidden variables (if you've ever used setup_var or setup_var2 to change CFG Lock or DVMT Prealloc - same deal).Īnother possible approach is to assume that it's a timing problem and try to work around that. So one thing you could try is try to find a way to disable ASPM on this PCI-e port. Notice that the comment says "systems with ASPM" and others need this workaround. ![]() It tries to read this data from the card 3 times, then gives up. If we look at IntelMausiEthernet code, here, there's a bit of a hack. The first error is "NVM checksum incorrect," and I think the others, having to do with interrupts, stem from that. INTEL CANADA ICES 003 CLASS B MOTHERBOARDS DRIVERS UPDATEI asked around on the r/hackintosh Discord and I was recommended to update my kexts to the latest Dortania builds, which I did, but to no effect. I thought it might be some leftover Clover crap I missed, so I tried installing a fresh copy of Catalina to a different drive I wasn't using, but got the exact same kernel panic But when I try to boot from Catalina normally I get a kernel panic, apparently stemming from 210Ethernet. I can also boot from the recovery partition. INTEL CANADA ICES 003 CLASS B MOTHERBOARDS DRIVERS INSTALLI can boot the install USB, and I can install Catalina. I followed the Dortania guide and got to the step where you actually install macOS and am stuck. I rebuilt my hackintosh recently (new Mobo/CPU/RAM/GPU/PSU, so basically everything) and I've been trying to get my old Clover Catalina install moved over to OpenCore. For posterity, in case others have the same problem: Apparently I didn't have the correct PciRoot for my mobo and that was causing the issue. It was in the General Troubleshooting section of the guide (I could have sworn it wasn't before, but most likely I just missed it somehow). ![]()
